Counselling is a confidential and safe space just for you and your privacy and data is also confidential and protected; there are some legal and ethical limits to confidentiality which we can talk about when we meet or if you prefer by telephone prior to our meeting.
Any contact information you provide when contacting me (including the contact form on this site) is not
used for any marketing purposes or provided to any third party for use. It is solely used to contact you upon request, make appointments, arrange payment or any follow up information.
Please talk to me about any concerns you may have with regard to the privacy of your information including your personal data right's to access, rectification, erasure, process restriction, data portability and the right to object.

This privacy policy sets out how I use and protect any information you give to me when you use this website and I am committed to ensuring your privacy and data is protected and that personal data will be processed lawfully. I have appointed a Clinical Executor in the unfortunate event that I am unable to continue my practice and they will get in touch with you direct.

In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, I have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure information I collect online. Your contact details will be deleted from my electronic records either (upon request) immediately after our last session together, post 6 months from our last session or an agreed time limit.
